2024 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Operations checks good, cleaned unit and left filter behind I was going to suggest replacing condenser fan motor while still under warranty but it actually isn’t up til 2026. The furnace warranty is up however this year. The fan motor can wait a couple more years

AC Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Check Up Prepaid Alleviated some noise from furnace with a rubber leveler pad. Seems to to have worked. Operations checks on AC are all good. Filter was clean upon inspection. Model and serial for condenser updated.

Heating Repair Inducer motor on arco is seized and collector box behind it is cracked. Crack will cause problems down the line. Recommended doing both. Quote for both out the door is $731. Motor will have to be replaced for unit to run consistently. I have used turbine oil to temporarily get the motor running and give the space heat. No guarantee that it will continue to work until parts are replaced.
