Completed heating maintenance, cleaned flame sensors and drains, replaced filters, checked system operation and found no issues, checked for gas leaks and found none, made sure both systems are working properly Both systems are heating at this time

Responded to no-heat call on Ruud R95PA1002521MSA gas furnace in Vienna, IL during routine maintenance inspection. Diagnostic testing revealed restricted condensate drain line and failed condensate safety switch, causing system lockout. Cleared blockage with compressed nitrogen, cleaned condensate trap assembly, and tested float operation. Also identified failing flame sensor reading 0.6μA. Cleaned and tested sensor, now showing proper 3.2μA signal. Completed full system check with combustion analysis showing 94.8% efficiency. All operations restored to manufacturer specifications.

HVAC Service 2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance System was 3 lbs low on R-410A upon arrival. System needs a leak search when possible. Checked wire connections. Replaced filter. Relays on heater package are making a loud buzzing sound during operation. Recommend replacing under warranty. 2-1-24: Performed leak search and identified two out of three shcrader cores were leaking. Repaired both and verified they were no longer leaking. Checked charged and verified it was still holding. Pressures and subcooling are acceptable. System is operating efficiently at this time.
