HVAC Service 2023 PSCA Heating Check Up Renewal Heating Maintenance Checked wire connections. Replaced filter. Thermostat is operating normally. Heat strips are operating normally. Puron levels are within range. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Returned to replace blower motor. Once I pulled blower out I found that blower had died due to water damage. I replaced motor and verified system operation. After discussing with customer, she decided to sign up for PCSA so we can monitor system. Performed heating maintenance and found standing water in condensation line, most likely had been there since ac season. This could have easily dripped onto blower causing it to quit. Cleaned drain thoroughly and verified it was draining efficiently. System is heating efficiently at this time.

2024. Blower motor change out ✅

Complaint of unit blowing cold air. Found that blower motor is bad, ordered one on site and we will replace when it arrives. Recommended maintenance plan after motor is installed so we can monitor system and make sure no damage was done since heat pump ran without the blower motor active.

Furnace Repair Complaint of unit blowing cold air. Cause of the issue was a dead igniter. Replaced igniter and tested system operation. Furnace still runs a little warm due to dirty secondary heat exchanger but furnace appears to be operating normally at this time. If furnace does overheat, it will trip the main limit, cool down, reset, and then continue to heat until it happens again.

Heating Repair Neutral on the condensate pump had a bad connection, causing condensate pump to not work properly. Rewired and very edifies operation

Furnace Repair System had a broken power wire. Replaced power wire and verified operation. filter is also extremely dirty potentially going to cause the high limit to trip. I removed it and it needs to be replaced as soon as possible. System is heating efficiently at this time.

Inspected duct work and room layout to help develop a plan to make the air temperature more evenly distributed throughout the building. Also left the thermostats in the fan on position to help move air throughout the building. 1/11/24 Returned and closed supply runs and opened return vents as needed. Room temperature should be more evenly distributed.
