Found 3/3 fuseable links broken, will need to replace entire heat kit due to fuseable links not available for individual orders, will let customer know when we can come back to replace heat kit 11/12/24: returned to replace heat kit, verified system operation and watched thermostat satisfy System is heating at this time

Furnace Repair Murphysboro Same problem as previous times: took gas manifold apart, found tiny leaf or piece of coating keeping the gas from reaching the rest of the burners, cleared manifold and watched furnace light all burners several times System is operational

Ordered module 10/29/24 will return when part arrives. 11/7/24 Returned to replace blower module. Checked system operation. System operating properly

Found 1/5 burners firing off like the previous time, took burner box apart again and thoroughly cleaned orifices, made sure burners are adjusted well, tested furnace several times and found no more issues System is heating at this time

Found clog in drain and bypassed fire protection to check charge. Unit was 2.5 lbs low on 410A. To be explicit, cause of water issue was 100% clogged drain, but I did not want to leave unit without checking charge and superheat was way off. Used charging chart on door to charge unit. Cooling at this time

Changed blower relay. Cooling now

Found blown dual run capacitor, replaced part, unit is now cooling.

AC Service Complaint no cool unit not keeping up. Issue has been resolved. Verified System is cooling efficiently at this time.
