Heating Repair Leak Search unit. Found and confirmed leak on muffler of outdoor system, quoted customer for repair and they are going to let us know.

Heating Service HVAC Service 2024 PCSA Heating Check Up Renewal Heating Maintenance. System is heating efficiently at this time and CO detectors have been tested.

Heating Repair Confirmed refrigerant leak on suction side of service port, within 5e threads. We will need to quote a repair. Pressures are still holding at this time and all other checks are good.

Heating Service Complaint of unit not keep up and outside unit not kicking on. System was not running due to being low on refrigerant. Added 3lbs of 410A and verified it was no longer tripping out on a low pressure switch. We need to perform a thorough leak search and verify pressures are still holding. Preferably on a warmer day so pressures are more accurate.

Furnace Repair 2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance. Customer upgraded their PCSA to a two system, performed maintenance on both systems and verified operation. Filters have been replaced by customer. Replaced contactor for downstairs heat pump under warranty. Replaced upstairs heat pump contactor as well due to extreme pitting and deterioration.

Heating Repair Furnace Service Complaint water pooling up in basement by unit. Cause of the issue appeared to be debris in the drain trap for the furnace. Cleaned out trap and all connecting drain lines. Checked system operation and system appeared to be operating normally.

Heating Diagnostic Furnace Repair Complaint no heat Furnace would short cycle anytime the gas valve would need to come on. Completely went through wiring and determined that the pressure switch was bad and the control board was bad out of the box. Customer had a second control board. Replaced control board and confirmed pressure switch was bad. Customer will be replacing the pressure switch and letting us know of any changes in operation.

Heating Repair Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Renewal. System is heating efficiently at this time, outdoor coil is clean, auxiliary heat kicks on as needed, defrost operation works, adjusted some wires that were pushed up against refrigerant piping, changed filter, all checks good.

Heating Service Agreement HVAC Service. Both systems are heating efficiently at this time, filters changed and upstairs system, downstairs filters are clean, carbon monoxide detector has been tested.

Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up 2 Systems Prepaid Checked wire connections. Heat strips are operating normally. Thermostats are operating normally. Puron levels are within range. The Puron levels on Lauren’s System are at the lower end of the spectrum but still operating normally. Contactor on Lauren’s System will also need replaced during a future check up. Customer noticed valve cores had been leaking at one point on outdoor coil for Lauren’s system. Customer wants all 3 valve cores replaced and contactor replaced before warranty expires in 6/2025. Everything else was clean and checked out well. Both systems are operating normally at this time.

Conducted leak search on system for house. Pin pointed leak to a pinched off tube coming off suction line. Verified with leak detector and bubbles. We will need to come back and repair this. This is the only leak found at this time.

Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Prepaid. Upon arrival customer mentioned that he has had problems with breaker tripping when he runs air conditioning, after running heat pump I found that compressor amperage increases the longer the system runs and eventually hits maximum amperage and overheats. This has been an on going issue for a while now. Compressor is failing due to age. Pete is coming out to do an estimate next week.
