Customer had concerns about a musty smell in kitchen, they smell it more when the heat comes on. Looked for smell and I did not smell anything from kitchen vents, used an inspection camera to look inside vents and did not find anything, I did smell something when I came in through kitchen door so the smell may be coming from the fridge area

Furnace Repair Energy 2024 PCSA Heating Check Up Renewal Heat pump Heating Maintenance
Furnace Repair Energy Completed heating maintenance for all indoor and outdoor systems, cleaned flame sensors, burners, and drains, replaced all filters, checked system operation and found no issues, high school room furnace inducer was going bad so I replaced it. Made sure all systems are working properly All systems are operational

Completed an AC repair on a Carrier Infinity 16 unit in Energy, IL. The system was not cooling due to a faulty TXV (Thermostatic Expansion Valve). Replaced the valve and recharged the system with R-410A refrigerant. After the repair, tested the unit to ensure it was operating efficiently and delivering consistent cooling throughout the home.
AC Repair Energy Air Conditioning Service Replaced filter and verified cooling. Refrigerant charge is good at this time.
2024 PSCA AC Maintenance. System is cooling efficiently at this time, temperature dropped is great, filter has been replaced by customer, refrigerant charges acceptable, and within range, condenser coil is clear and free of debris, and I flushed condensate line to prevent future clogging.
AC Repair Air Conditioning Service Verified there was no issue at this time, inspected damper, wiring, and airflow. All checks are good at this time, we are going to continue to monitor and they will let us know if it happens again.

Cause of the issue was the disconnect was turned off. Turned disconnect on and checked temperature drop. Temperature drop is 17 degrees. System is operating normally at this time.
