HVAC Service Complaint No Cool Added 2 lbs of r-22 to unit going off last year. Unit had much ice accumulation so charging was iffy. Let homeowner know to thaw unit with fan on for 3 or 4 hours before turning AC back on.

Heating Repair 2023 Fall Check Up PCSA New Complaint of Furnace not shutting off. Cause of the issue was a bad sequencer that wouldn’t shut off the heaters. Replaced sequencer. Checked wire connections. Replaced filters (customer provided). Thermostat is operating normally. Heat strips are operating normally. Everything was clean and checked out well. System had to be tested in heat mode due to high outdoor temperature. Fan motor bearings on outdoor coil are really beginning to wear out. May need replaced in the future. System is cooling at this time, pressures are good, outdoor coil was clean, scrubbed housing, cleaned out the inside as well. Filter is changed, drain was slowly clogging so I flushed it with cleaner. Verified drainage. Thermostat light does not work, thermostat itself is still working however customer is thinking about replacing, I quoted them our thermostats and they are going to let us know if they would like one.
