3/13/25 Complaint: No AC, Customer tested AC and it's blowing out warm air, never got cold. Found system completely out of refrigerant. 3/18/25 Return for leak search. Found leak in condenser coil, gave customer quote for new condenser coil and customer accepted. Coil will get here in a week or two according to factory, will let customer know when coil gets here so we can schedule a repair 4/9/25: returned to replace condenser coil, drier, and contactor under warranty and verified system operation System is cooling at this time
