No AC west system System was tripped on high pressure in heat pump mode. After testing system operation, it was determined that the blower motor has failed and will need to be replaced. Part has been ordered. Will call to schedule appointment once it arrives. 3/21/25 Replaced blower motor and tested operation. System is operating normally at this time.

System is under warranty until the end of the year System is cooling at this time
