Diagnosed Carrier 58STA090 furnace failure in Carterville. Found integrated control board 325878-751 with failed HSI circuit, confirmed by voltage testing showing 0V output to ignitor instead of required 120V. Control board replacement installed with new OEM CEPL130437-01. Post-repair testing confirmed proper HSI voltage, successful ignition sequence, and normal heat operation through multiple cycles.
