Air Conditioning Repair AC Service 2024 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance
This York system has been well maintained over the years and is ready for another summer.
Moved dehumidifier supply duct to the supply duct for the main system to help disperse air to the rest of the house.

2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Start Heating Maintenance Cleaned drain line. Outdoor coil was clean. Wanted to check pressures during an ac check up. Filters were replaced recently. Customer would like for us to move the dehumidifier supply vent to the duct work for the system instead of dumping air in the living room during an ac check up.
Thoroughly cleaned flame sensor and burner cabinet. Inspected igniter to make sure it was operational. Adjusted gas valve to 7 for use with propane. Eventually got package unit to ignite and tested unit operation. After a few minutes of operation Flue CO reading was about 2500 ppm and air flow inside the house was reading about 14 ppm and climbing indicating there was a leak in the heat exchanger. Removed blower motor and inspected heat exchanger. After several tests it was determined heat exchanger is leaking before going to he inducer motor in right burner tube. Would STRONGLY advise against system use.
